The Custom High Speed Zipper Door is designed to meet specific industrial requirements across different industries. As a flexible and adaptable industrial high speed door, it can be tailored in size, speed, control system, and material to suit various project conditions.

This custom high speed door is widely used in warehouses, factories, and logistics centers where standard door sizes or configurations may not be sufficient.

Control System (Servo System)	The door uses a dedicated servo control system with a DSP chip at its core. The system sets the door opening height by combining incremental encoder signals from the motor shaft and mechanical origin switch signals. Key features include: 1.LED Display: Shows fault codes for easy diagnostics. 2.Direction Protection: If the motor wiring is connected incorrectly, the controller immediately reports an error, preventing door movement. 3.Triple Closed-Loop Control: Torque loop, position loop, and speed loop for precise operation. 4.Braking Function: The motor can stop at the desired position without using an electromagnetic brake, ensuring accurate stopping at the limit positions.
