Full-process quality control: dual guarantees of standards and testing
Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise. The company strictly adheres to the ISO9001 international quality management system standard, establishing a comprehensive quality control system that spans the entire process from "raw material warehousing to production process to finished product delivery". In the raw material phase, a rigorous supplier screening and assessment mechanism is implemented, selecting only high-quality metal materials (such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, copper alloy, etc.) from renowned domestic and international brands. Before warehousing, multiple screenings including composition analysis, hardness testing, and appearance inspection are conducted to ensure product quality from the source.
During the production process, over 20 precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, anime imaging measuring machines, and laser range finders are equipped to conduct 100% full inspection of key processes and perform sampling inspection on batch products, while monitoring product dimensional accuracy and processing quality in real time. Before the finished products leave the factory, they must pass multiple reliability verifications such as salt spray testing, hardness testing, wear resistance testing, and corrosion testing to ensure their service life and performance stability under complex environments. The final delivery product qualification rate consistently remains above 99.8%.
