Multi-core underground electrical unarmoured PVC power cable 25mm 35mm 50mm 70mm 95mm 120mm 185mm 240mm 300mm IEC 60502 VDE0276

Application

The unarmoured cables are designated for general use including underground burial, where they are not likely to suffer mechanical damage.The mechanical properties and electrical performance of cables meet the requirements of national standard GB/T12706- 2008 and international standards IEC60502-2005.

Standard

Basic design to IEC 60502-1, IEC 60228,BS EN 60228

China: GB/T 12706.2-2008

Other standards such as BS7870,DIN and ICEA upon request

Operating characteristics

1.Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C

2.Cable conductor long-term allowable working temperature:≤90°C

3.Higest working temperature of cable in case of short circuit (the longest lasting time is not over 5s): 250°C

4.Minimum allowable bending radius: Single core cable: 20D mm; multi-core cable: 15D mm Note: D is actual outer diameter of the cable

Conductors

The conductors shall be either of Class 1 or Class 2 of plain or metal-coated annealed copper or of plain aluminium or aluminium alloy, or of Class 5 of plain or metal-coated copper in accordance with IEC 60228.

Insulation

XLPE material and thickness shall be as per IEC 60502-1, rated for 90℃ continuous operation

Colours for core identification
Single core : natural ( black on request )
Two core: red ,black
Three core : red , yellow and blue
Four core : red , yellow , blue and black
Five core : red , yellow , blue , black and yellow / green

Outer Sheath

Outer sheath shall be of extruded PVC Type ST1/ST2 as per IEC 60502-1, Polyethylene type ST3/ST7, Halogen free compound ST8, Polychloroprene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene or similar polymers, type SE1 are also available on request.

Fire Performance of Cable Sheaths

Cables can be supplied with special flame retardant PVC outer sheath to comply with the flame test requirements of IEC 60332-3-22, IEC 60332-3-23 and IEC 60332-3-24, Halogen Free material comply to IEC60754-1/2 and IEC 60684-2.

Factory, more than 20 years in China
2. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
3. What are your payment terms?
We normally accept T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated. Trade assurance on is also available.
4. What’s the delivery time?
Sample order needs 3~5 days. Formal order depends on the quantity. Usually it needs 7-30 days after get your payment.
