1.Product Introduction Ore Beneficiation Equipment

 

The Small-Scale Laboratory Flotation Cell is a benchtop mineral processing unit designed for high-precision flotation testing. It simulates industrial flotation circuits on a laboratory scale to facilitate mineral separation experiments. The core structure includes a flotation tank (cell), an impeller, an aeration system, and a froth collection device. It supports both manual and automated control of parameters such as pulp level and aeration rate. This equipment is essential for flotation testing of metallic ores (e.g., gold, copper, molybdenum) and non-metallic minerals. 3.Working Principle Ore Beneficiation Equipment

 

  1. Agitation & Aeration: The high-speed rotation of the impeller mixes the mineral slurry with air to generate bubbles ranging from 30–100 μm, which then attach to the mineral surfaces.

  2. Separation Process: Hydrophobic minerals (e.g., chalcopyrite) attach to the bubbles and rise to form a stable froth layer, while hydrophilic gangue (e.g., quartz) settles at the bottom of the cell.

  3. Froth Collection: By regulating the pulp level (e.g., 1200 ± 20 mm) and aeration rate, the froth layer thickness is controlled, and the mineralized froth is scraped off to obtain the concentrate.

  4. Parameter Control: Precise manual or automatic adjustment of impeller speed, aeration pressure, and reagent dosage allows for the optimization of flotation efficiency.
