1.Product Introduction Rotary drum dryer
The dryer features a horizontal inclined rotary drum structure with an inclination angle of 2°–5° and adjustable rotation speeds (3–8 rpm). An integrated multi-section lifting flight system ensures the material forms a uniform "curtain" within the drum, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.Drum dimensions and hot air systems are fully customizable based on initial moisture content, final moisture requirements, and particle size distribution. With hot air temperatures regulated between 300–550°C, the system supports both co-current and counter-current drying modes to adapt to various working conditions.

3.Working Principle Rotary drum dryer
The wet material to be dried is delivered to the hopper by a belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then fed into the feed end through the feeding pipe via the feeder in the hopper. The slope of the feeding pipe should be greater than the material’s natural angle of repose to ensure smooth flow of the material into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating drum slightly inclined from the horizontal. Material is added from the higher end, while the heat carrier enters from the lower end to contact the material in a counter-current flow; in some cases, the heat carrier and material flow together in the same direction. As the drum rotates, the material moves under gravity toward the lower end. During its forward movement inside the drum, the wet material receives heat from the heat carrier either directly or indirectly, allowing it to dry, and is then discharged at the outlet via a belt conveyor or screw conveyor. Lifting flights (lifters) are installed on the inner wall of the drum to lift and drop the material, increasing its contact surface with the airflow, which enhances the drying rate and promotes material movement. The heat carrier is generally hot air, flue gas, or similar. After passing through the dryer, the heat carrier usually requires a cyclone separator to capture any entrained material. To further reduce the dust content in the exhaust gas, it may be passed through a bag filter or wet scrubber before final discharge.
