Installation & Operation FAQs Q: When connecting the XSDH to a PC via USB for program download,
the software shows "device search timeout". How to fix? A: This is usually caused by driver conflicts or antivirus software
blocking. Uninstall existing USB drivers and download the official
configuration tool from Xinje's website. Use original USB cables
and try different USB ports. Power-cycle the XSDH and re-search the
device. Q: In high-temperature, high-humidity environments, the XSDH has
random I/O signal jitters. How to solve? A: Use shielded cables for I/O wiring with proper grounding.
Separate signal cables from power cables by at least 20cm. Set
digital filter parameters to 2-5ms. Ensure proper electrical
cabinet ventilation to prevent overheating. Q: When using EtherCAT with European-brand servos, the system
reports "PDO mapping timeout". What to do? A: Confirm PDO mapping table and object dictionary settings are
consistent. Enable required PDO groups in Codesys software. Use Cat
5e or above shielded Ethernet cables. Power-cycle both XSDH and
servos after configuration. Q: Relay outputs get burned out when controlling multiple solenoid
valves. Why and how to prevent? A: For frequent switching (more than 10 times per second), use
transistor outputs instead of relay outputs. Add surge suppressors
in parallel with each solenoid valve. Avoid overloading relay
channels beyond the 2A rated current per channel. Q: In solar-powered outdoor stations, the XSDH shuts down randomly
despite proper voltage. What's the cause? A: Install a DC power filter and 1000-2200μF electrolytic capacitor
at the power input terminal to stabilize voltage. Use thicker power
cables to reduce voltage drop. Solar inverters often produce
voltage ripples that affect stability. Q: Modbus TCP data update is slow and sometimes freezes. How to
optimize? A: Ensure XSDH and HMI are on same IP subnet. Set Modbus TCP
timeout to 500-1000ms. Reduce number of data registers read/written
per cycle. Use a switch instead of hub for network connections.
Prioritize Modbus TCP communication bandwidth. Q: In multi-axis motion control, there's noticeable lag in circular
interpolation. Solution? A: Set EtherCAT cycle time to 1ms or lower. Adjust servo PID
parameters appropriately. Use built-in oscilloscope function to
monitor motion curves. Fine-tune acceleration/deceleration
parameters. Eliminate redundant program logic. Q: Controller fails to start in cold weather. Is it a hardware
defect? A: No, moisture condensation inside the controller during
temperature drops can cause temporary malfunctions. Install a small
heater in the electrical cabinet. Seal cabinet properly. Power on
for 5 minutes without running program to evaporate internal
moisture. Product Certification
