Product Principle:

      The equipment is driven by a pneumatic cylinder or a servo motor, equipped with a soft indenter (made of silica gel or rubber) to avoid damaging the sample surface, and the pressure is controlled in real time via a pressure sensor.

       The fixture secures the mobile phone body, and the driving mechanism drives the indenter to apply reciprocating pressure on the front or back of the product according to the set pressure, stroke and speed. It stops automatically when the set number of cycles or pressure is reached, records test process data, and determines whether the product is qualified.
