Product Features: The machine structure adopts enclosed panels treated
with advanced baking paint, equipped with built-in high-precision,
low-resistance, backlash-free double ball screws and guide columns,
improving load efficiency and structural rigidity. The control system adopts AC motors with high
response frequency, ensuring high efficiency, stable transmission,
low noise, and a speed accuracy controllable within ±0.2% for the

Function:
1. Compressive Strength Test Function — Used to determine
the ultimate compressive strength of a specimen. The upper platen
of the testing machine moves downward at a set speed and applies
pressure to the specimen after making contact. Meanwhile, it
measures the pressure exerted on the specimen, and starts measuring
the deformation of the specimen when the pressure reaches 220 N.
After the specimen is crushed, the testing machine automatically
records the peak pressure value and the compressive deformation of
the specimen.
2. Stacking Strength Test Function — Used to
determine the pressure-bearing durability of a specimen under
simulated packaging and storage conditions. The upper platen of the
testing machine moves downward to pressurize the specimen until the
preset pressure is reached, then stops, starts timing, and measures
the specimen deformation. As the pressure continuously decreases
due to the compressive deformation of the specimen, the testing
machine automatically replenishes pressure to the preset value and
maintains it when the pressure reduction approaches the lower limit
of the standard-specified pressure fluctuation range. Throughout
the test, the testing machine repeatedly adjusts the pressure in
this manner to ensure the pressure fluctuation remains within the
specified range until the specified stacking test time is reached.
The testing machine automatically terminates the test when the
total compressive deformation of the specimen reaches 100 mm. | |
