Pneumatic key life testing machineProduct use
The pneumatic button life testing machine has a wide range of
applications and can test various buttons, keyboards, and other
products (siliconswitch silicone buttons, metaldome metal spring
buttons, mobile phones, walkie-talkies, vehicle-mounted buttons,
etc.). It utilizes a cylinder drive to move the buttons up and
down, creating relative movement between the button/keyboard and
the probe. The excellent clamping mechanism ensures accurate and
effective testing. The probe can move omnidirectionally, and the
touchscreen control allows for precise counting; it automatically
stops after the set number of cycles. Parameters | Test station | One | | Force Sensor | One | | . output after testing | | Action | Cylinder drives the probe in a reciprocating motion. | | Testing Speed | 0-60 times/minute, adjustable |
| Pneumatic Key Life Testing MachineTest PrinciplesOne complete machine can test multiple (customizable) test points.
Pressing can be done simultaneously or continuously, for example,
pressing three test points in a 1-2-3 sequence constitutes one test
cycle. The impact force of the 1-2-3 cylinders for each pair of
stations can be set independently. Real-time cylinder pressure
feedback is provided via pressure sensors, and the pressure range
can be set via the touchscreen. If the sensor pressure exceeds the
set range, the equipment will alarm to remind the operator to
adjust the cylinder pressure. |

Maintenance Guide for Pneumatic Button Life Testing MachineRegular maintenance ensures stable performance and extends service
life. Clean the fixture, pressing head and working table daily to
remove dust and debris. Check air pipe connections for leaks and
drain water from the air compressor regularly. Lubricate cylinder
and moving parts monthly to reduce wear. Inspect electrical
circuits, sensors and control panel for loose connections or
abnormalities monthly. Replace worn pressing heads and accessories
timely. Keep the machine in a dry, ventilated environment away from
moisture and vibration. Proper maintenance improves test accuracy
and reliability. | |
