Product use
The swing connector life testing machine is used to test the seat
surface by placing a suitable test load. The instrument swings the
suspension device at a specified angle for a certain number of
cycles to determine if the suspension connector is loose or
structurally damaged.
Working Principle
The support components and suspension connector are installed on
the specified test fixture, ensuring that the rotation axis of the
test fixture and the pivot axis of the suspension connector are on
the same straight line. A suitable test load is placed on the seat
surface to be tested, and the instrument swings the suspension
device at a specified angle for a certain number of cycles.
