The SI-MG-3Q-X5 three-axis micro-mechanical gyroscope is a small,
high-performance, low-cost three-axis micro-mechanical gyroscope
based on micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology.
It is mainly used to measure the angular velocity of a sensitive
system carrier on three orthogonal axes and outputs a digital
signal proportional to the angular velocity of the carrier.
The SI-MG-3Q-FB1 series three-axis micro-mechanical gyroscope has
built-in algorithms and compensation software for full temperature
compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, and
nonlinear compensation, ensuring stable and excellent performance
of the product under static and dynamic conditions, and ensuring
that it can still provide users with excellent and reliable
measurement data under harsh environmental conditions.
