Application Scenarios
After Reflow Soldering: After the reflow soldering process, the
unloader can receive PCBs from the reflow oven and collect them in
neat stacks, solving the problem of manual board handling and
improving production efficiency and product quality.
After Multiple Processes: After PCBs complete multiple processes
such as pattern transfer, etching, and solder mask, the unloader
can collect finished PCBs from each process to ensure smooth
connection of the production flow.
End of Insertion Line: At the end of the component insertion
production line, the unloader can automatically collect PCBs that
have completed the insertion process and neatly store them in
magazines, preparing for subsequent processes such as soldering and
testing.
