• Express Ocean Freight: 18–25 days (West Coast U.S.); 25–35 days (East Coast U.S. / Europe)  
• Standard Ocean Freight: 30–45 days (West Coast U.S.); 40–55 days (East Coast U.S. / Europe)  
• 2026 New Policy: Unified 7-day delivery window (previously 14 days); precise appointment scheduling required  

3. Impact of Inbound Method (Critical)
