3D Multi-Functional Mobile Welding Platform Equipped With Fixtures
Based on a 3D porous positioning system, and combined with a
movable chassis and standard industrial fixtures, this system
breaks through the limitations of traditional welding platforms
with their "fixed positions and single-purpose use," achieving the
operational goals of "one device adaptable to multiple workpiece
specifications, flexible switching between multiple workstations,
and high-precision, rapid assembly and welding."
| Countertop material | High-strength wear-resistant cast iron HT300 / Alloy steel
(optional) |

Movable chassis system
- Mobile Device: Equipped with universal casters with brakes at the
bottom, each wheel can bear a load of 500-1000kg, allowing the
platform to move flexibly within the workshop and adapt to
different workstation needs;
- Auxiliary Structure: Some high-end models are equipped with a
hand-cranked hydraulic lifting mechanism, which can adjust the
table height (adjustment range usually 300-1200mm), adapting to
welders of different heights or different working postures
(sitting/standing).
Standardized tooling and fixture components
The platform comes standard with or offers various optional
specialized fixtures for quick clamping and positioning of
different types of workpieces. Common fixture types include:
- Quick-release locating pins: Inserted into locating holes for
precise fixture positioning;
- Clamping fixtures: Including manual and pneumatic clamps, used to
securely fix the workpiece to the table to prevent welding
deformation;
- Angle fixtures: Support workpiece positioning at any angle from 0°
to 180°, meeting the needs of oblique and corner welding;
- Support fixtures: Used to support long and irregularly shaped
workpieces, ensuring stable workpiece posture during the welding
process.
Typical application scenarios
- Shipbuilding Industry: Welding of hull sections and deck
structures.
- Heavy Machinery: Welding of excavator booms and engineering
machinery frames.
- Pressure Vessels and Piping: Welding of longitudinal and
circumferential seams of large storage tanks and reactors.
- Steel Structures: Welding of complex joints in large bridges and
building structures.
- Rail Transit: Welding of high-speed train carriages and subway car
frames.
- Automotive Manufacturing: Welding and assembly of vehicle frames
and chassis components.
