Different Types of welding positioners

Seat type welding positioner	This is the most widely used type. Its worktable can rotate around its own axis, and the entire worktable can also tilt or flip, offering high flexibility. Dual-axis P type welding positioner	The main function of a dual-axis welding positioner is to assist welders or welding robots in flipping and rotating workpieces.
L-type welding positioner	It has two degrees of rotation freedom, providing good openness in the operating space. L-type positioners are more suitable for complex components such as loader front frames.
Headstock tailstock positioner	It uses a headstock (active rotation) and a tailstock (driven support) to clamp the workpiece. It is suitable for long shafts, box beams, or some complex-shaped components, and has a large load-bearing capacity and stable operation. It is often used in conjunction with welding robots.
