Key Features - Ultra-high rigidity and stability: Made of HT300 cast iron /
low-alloy tool steel, with a thickened tabletop (≥30mm) and
reinforced bottom ribs, providing strong resistance to deformation
and vibration, suitable for heavy-duty welding.
- Five-sided machining and three-dimensional expansion: 28mm holes
are evenly distributed on the top surface and four sides, allowing
for fixture mounting on vertical surfaces, enabling
three-dimensional positioning and clamping of complex workpieces,
expanding the freedom of tooling setup.
- Fast changeover and repeatable positioning: Modular accessories
allow for "building block" style reconfiguration, adapting to
multiple types of workpieces. Tooling changeover time is ≤60
minutes, and repeatable positioning accuracy is ±0.15mm, ensuring
consistency in mass production.
- Fully compatible with standard accessories: Compatible with global
D28 series fixtures (locating pins, clamps, support blocks,
U-shaped square boxes, screw clamps, etc.), reducing accessory
procurement and inventory costs.
