CNC Machining Core Processes - Raw Material Pre-treatment: Q355/QT600-3 ductile iron / thick steel
plate, stress relief annealing (to eliminate welding/casting

table surface, drilling of pre-holes, leaving a 0.3-0.5mm finishing
allowance.
- Aging Treatment: Secondary aging treatment after rough machining to
further stabilize dimensions.
- CNC Fine Machining:
One-time clamping completes precision grinding of the table surface
+ precision boring of the hole system + grid line engraving,
avoiding errors from secondary clamping. High-precision spindle (speed ≥8000rpm) + carbide boring tool are
used to ensure consistency of hole diameter/pitch. 3D simultaneous machining of side/end face hole systems to achieve
three-dimensional spatial positioning. - Inspection and Calibration: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
performs full inspection of hole position accuracy, flatness, and
perpendicularity, and issues an inspection report; non-conforming
products are reworked/scrapped.
- Surface Treatment: Electrostatic powder coating (C3) / QPQ
nitriding (HV600, C4) / nitriding + hot-dip galvanizing (C5M, for
coastal/desert environments), for rust prevention and wear
resistance.

readily available in sufficient stock and can be shipped within 7

container loading. Video inspection is supported, and shipment
