Main Structure - The overall structure is a box-type/reinforced rib design, with
densely arranged reinforcing ribs at the bottom to ensure high
rigidity and resistance to deformation.
- The table surface is precisely machined on five sides using CNC
technology, ensuring flatness, hole position accuracy, and
interchangeability.
- The surface is treated with nitriding to improve hardness, wear
resistance, and rust prevention.
Flexible Positioning System (Core) - The table surface is covered with φ16mm positioning holes (plain
holes/threaded holes optional) in a 50×50mm grid pattern.
- Modular fixtures (positioning pins, quick clamps, angle rulers,
support blocks, clamping arms, etc.) can be quickly combined at any
hole position.
- This enables rapid positioning, clamping, and leveling of
workpieces in three-dimensional space (X/Y/Z), eliminating the need
for the complex manufacturing and debugging of traditional welding
fixtures.
Surface treatment - Nitriding Treatment: The D16 3D Welding Platform for Rapid Small
Part Prototyping has a surface hardness of HV450–630, offering wear
resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, extending
its lifespan by 3–5 times.
- Precision Grinding: Flatness of 0.1/1000mm and surface roughness of
Ra1.6 ensure accurate positioning.
- Grid Marking: The platform surface is marked with a 50×50mm grid,
allowing for quick positioning without the need for measuring
tools.
