approximately 500kg). Collision prevention and deformation
prevention are critical aspects of packaging and transportation. We
have developed customized solutions for different transportation
methods to reduce the damage rate to below 0.5%: - Standard Sea Freight Packaging: The tabletop is wrapped with three
layers of thickened waterproof film, pearl cotton, and bubble wrap.
Hard plastic corner protectors are added to the edges (to prevent
bumps). The base is secured with steel straps, and the entire unit
is placed in a solid wood fumigated crate (with IPPC marking).
Internal bracing is added to the crate to prevent movement during
transportation.

50×50mm hole spacing, with a lower load capacity (1-3 tons/m²),
suitable for small/precision workpieces. The clamps are not
interchangeable between the two, and the D28 has greater
compatibility. - Q2: Can 2D and 3D welding tables be converted into each other?
A: A 3D table can be used directly as a 2D table (using only the top
surface); a 2D table cannot be directly converted into a 3D table
(no side hole array). If 3D functionality is required, it is

A: Under normal use (no impact, no cutting, no strong acid or alkali
corrosion), the nitrided layer can remain intact for 5-8 years; if
