Fastening Nuts CNC Production & Processing Features Manufactured from high-strength alloy steels including 42CrMo and
40Cr. CNC machining ensures tight control over internal thread precision,
coaxiality, and locking surface flatness, with thread tolerances
above Grade 6H. Capable of machining blind-hole nuts, flange nuts, lock nuts (with
clamping grooves / nylon ring grooves), and locating step nuts to
meet high-strength assembly requirements for engines and chassis. Surface treatments include blackening, galvanizing, or phosphating
to enhance corrosion resistance and fatigue performance. Stable locking force, anti-vibration and anti-loosening
performance; no loosening or thread stripping during long-term
driving (high-speed & bumpy road conditions). Maintains strength in high-temperature and oil-contaminated
environments, suitable for high-temperature working conditions in
the engine compartment. Internal threads are resistant to damage during maintenance and
disassembly, with durability and safety far superior to ordinary
turned nuts, reducing vehicle maintenance costs and ensuring
driving safety. Common CNC Machining Issues & Key Points Heat Treatment Deformation High-strength alloy steels require quenching and tempering after
machining, which may cause dimensional deformation and internal
thread shrinkage. Machining allowances must be reserved before heat treatment,
followed by precision turning and tapping afterward to correct
internal thread dimensions and guarantee accuracy. Blind-Hole Machining Blind-hole nuts for gearboxes and brake systems are prone to chip
accumulation at the hole bottom and incomplete internal threading. Taps with excellent chip removal performance should be used, and
chips must be cleaned regularly during processing to prevent thread
scoring and ensure full-length threading. Flange Surface Machining Unqualified flatness of flange nuts causes uneven locking force and
loosening. CNC milling speed must be controlled, and face milling cutters used
for finish milling. Flange flatness is inspected after processing to avoid warping and
ensure tight contact with mating surfaces. Batch Consistency Automotive components require mass production, which can lead to
variations in internal thread dimensions and profiles between
batches. CNC equipment must be calibrated regularly and tapping parameters
optimized. Sampling inspection using go/no-go gauges is performed per batch to
ensure consistency for automated assembly. We have introduced advanced equipment and technology from Japan and
Germany (CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines) to better serve our
customers' needs. Our maximum processing outer diameter is 60, and the minimum
control tolerance is 0.001. We have Japanese CNC Tsugami, CNC
Citizen, multi-station cold extrusion forming machines, 500T press
machines, casting equipment, and various process equipment, which
can effectively provide customers with the best technical
solutions. Our company has a total of 300 employees, including 20 technicians,
10 engineers, and 15 quality control personnel. We have over 300
pieces of equipment. Our company implements 8S management and has passed ISO9001 and
TS16949 automotive certifications. Our customers include , bo-sch, Foxconn, Motors, Husqvarna,
