KR42-2500-RUA – Automatic Tube&Tray&Tape integrated IC Programming Machine
The KR42-2500-RUA is an advanced multi-format automatic IC programming machine that integrates tray, tape, and tube input capabilities. It supports six operation modes – offering unmatched flexibility for electronics
manufacturers, EMS companies, and programming service centers.

This model features 4 programming stations, 2 vacuum nozzles, and a linear motor on the X-axis, delivering 2500 UPH with ±0.03mm placement accuracy. It supports a wide range of IC packages including QFP, QFN, SOP, SSOP, and TSSOP.
The machine works seamlessly with most offline programmers and is ideal for facilities that handle multiple incoming packaging formats (tube, tape, tray) and need to output to tape or tray.
Electric vs. Pneumatic Socket Drive: The KR42-2500-RUA uses an electric actuator to open and close the programming socket – no air source required. For customers who prefer or already have an air source, we also
offer a pneumatic version – same performance, same specifications. Choose based on your
facility setup.
