Equipped with 8 programming stations, 4 vacuum nozzles, and a linear motor on the X‑axis, it delivers an outstanding 6500 UPH – making it one of the fastest tape programmers in its class. This model supports a wide range of IC packages including QFN, SOP, SSOP, TSSOP, SON, and QFP. It features a standard feeder for 12‑16mm tape width (optional 8‑32mm available) and an automatic hot‑pressing sealing device for tape output. With ±0.03mm placement accuracy, PLC control, and a 7" LCD touchscreen, the KA42-5000 offers both speed and precision. It is an ideal solution for high‑volume SMT lines, EMS companies, and IC solution providers that demand maximum throughput without compromising reliability.
