cast iron using resin sand molding technology. After artificial
aging and vibration aging treatment, internal stress is effectively
eliminated, ensuring long-term dimensional stability and
deformation resistance under heavy cutting conditions. The
worktable and base are integrally cast, with guideway surfaces
lined with zinc-aluminum alloy plates. Pressurized oil is injected
between the guideways to form hydrodynamic sliding guideways, which
provide high load-bearing capacity, low thermal deformation, and
