Products Description This series covers GR1 to GR4 multi-grade titanium bars, featuring integrated high strength and superior toughness with alpha and alpha-beta alloy structures. Different from the single-grade forged pure titanium rod we introduced before, this lineup forms a complete performance gradient, covering low to medium strength pure titanium alloys. Combined with refined forging and rolling craftsmanship, the material balances mechanical performance, structural flexibility and inherent corrosion resistance. It is not limited to simple chemical anti-corrosion scenarios, but also adapts to dynamic load, impact and complex stress working conditions, serving as a versatile high-performance metal material for multiple high-end industrial fields. We supply graded products for differentiated selection, to match diverse load and environment requirements of different projects. Alloy Structure & Gradient Performance Differences The core feature of this product set lies in progressive component design and alpha-alpha-beta phase structure, which brings clear performance differentiation among four grades, while retaining the basic advantages of titanium metal: GR1 Titanium Bar Belongs to standard alpha pure titanium with the lowest strength in the series, yet owns the best ductility and formability. It features ultra-light weight, excellent cold bending and stamping performance, and outstanding stress relaxation resistance. Its corrosion resistance is top-tier among the four grades, suitable for scenarios prioritizing anti-corrosion and flexible forming rather than heavy load. It can withstand frequent shape change and long-term static corrosion without failure. GR2 Titanium Bar The most versatile mainstream grade, balancing strength, toughness and corrosion resistance. With moderate hardness and tensile strength, it is the universal alpha titanium alloy widely recognized across industries. It maintains stable performance under conventional dynamic load and medium impact, while keeping excellent resistance to seawater, acid-base solution and atmospheric erosion. It is the preferred choice for most general high-standard industrial applications. GR3 Titanium Bar Upgraded medium-strength grade. By adjusting alloy composition, its tensile strength and surface hardness are significantly improved compared with GR2, while preserving good toughness and impact resistance. It is less prone to permanent deformation under increased load, and its anti-fatigue performance is enhanced. Suited for parts that need to bear continuous dynamic stress and slight impact, with moderate anti-corrosion demands. GR4 Titanium Bar The highest-strength model in this pure titanium series, adopting optimized alpha-beta mixed phase structure. It delivers remarkable mechanical strength and rigidity, far exceeding the other three grades. Even under heavy static load and strong impact, it keeps stable shape and structure. Meanwhile, it retains the basic corrosion resistance of titanium, realizing the perfect combination of high strength, high toughness and anti-corrosion capability, ideal for heavy-duty structural components. Across all grades, the material has low density, non-magnetic property and excellent thermal stability. No brittleness occurs under normal and low temperature environments, adapting to various regional and working temperature conditions. Craftsmanship & Structural Advantages All titanium bars adopt combined process of precision rolling and multi-pass forging. The alpha and alpha-beta crystal phases are evenly distributed inside the material after thermal processing, forming a dense and stable metallographic structure. Internal tiny defects are eliminated, so the overall structural uniformity is far better than ordinary rolled materials. The whole production flow includes high-temperature homogenization treatment and multiple stress relief procedures. It thoroughly releases residual stress generated during forming, so the rod body will not twist, warp or rebound during subsequent machining, assembly and long-term service. The surface is finely finished, with smooth texture and strong wear resistance, not easy to scratch or peel in frequent operation and assembly. Compared with single-specification titanium materials, our graded production strictly controls dimensional tolerance, roundness and straightness for each grade. The whole batch has consistent performance, which is conducive to standardized mass production and assembly for downstream manufacturers. Machining & Comprehensive Adaptability This full-series titanium alloy bars have good comprehensive machinability. GR1 and GR2 with good ductility excel at bending, deep drawing and complex shaping; GR3 and GR4 with higher strength are suitable for precision turning, drilling, threading and milling. All grades support conventional welding, and the welded area maintains matched strength and corrosion resistance with the base metal, without embrittlement or performance decline. Different from stainless steel, titanium alloy has unique metal characteristics. We adopt targeted process control during production to optimize cutting performance. We also provide value-added services such as fixed-length cutting, chamfering and blanking according to customer drawings, to reduce on-site processing pressure and improve production efficiency. The material fits both manual operation and automated production lines. Core Strength & Application Orientation This product series breaks the single positioning of traditional titanium materials only for anti-corrosion. With gradient strength design, it covers corrosion resistance + load bearing + impact resistance + flexible forming multiple demands:
Advantage Comparison With Stainless Steel & Ordinary Pure
Titanium Against various stainless steel products: This titanium series has far stronger corrosion resistance in strong acid, high chloride and special chemical media. Meanwhile, its lightweight advantage greatly reduces equipment dead weight, and its high toughness avoids brittle fracture under impact, which stainless steel cannot match in high-end extreme working conditions. Against single-grade pure titanium: The four-grade gradient design realizes precise material selection. Customers do not need to use high-strength materials for low-load scenarios to control cost, nor worry about insufficient strength when bearing heavy loads. It achieves reasonable matching of performance and budget for different projects. Quality Assurance & Packaging All products are manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with ASTM B348 standards. Each batch is attached with complete chemical composition reports, mechanical performance test sheets and metallographic inspection documents, supporting incoming quality check, project acceptance and global export customs clearance. For packaging, each titanium rod is individually wrapped with anti-scratch and moisture-proof film. Products of different grades are classified and bundled separately, then fixed with reinforced wooden frames. Shockproof and anti-collision measures are strengthened for long-distance transportation to protect surface finish and overall shape. We support sample testing, small-batch trial orders and large-volume bulk supply, with flexible delivery cycles to meet diverse production plans. |
