Working Principle :
The sucking mouth will suck the paper, which has been
printedpreviously, from the paper bracket to the transportation
chain,and then transport it to the forming mould.
>>During the transportation, the paper will be spread with
hot-melt glue.
>>>Theposition, length and quantity of thermal sol can be
adjustedduring the production process without stopping the machine.
>>>After the for-mation, the paper spread with glue will
be automatically blown to be transported to the collection machine.
>>>The piling and counting are automatic, and the paper
will be carried out according to the prearranged piling numbers
withoutstopping the machine.

1.We adopt encoder to control the machine on DYK6-H, and we adopt
encoder on DYK6-B, Electronic cam is more accurate for feeding,
forming and gluing than encoder.
2.We adopt the belt to transport the paper on DYK6-H, and we adopt
chain to transport the paper on DYK6-B, Belt is cleaner than chain
and will be not pulled long, but chain will be easily pulled long.
