Drawing for Quad Ring/X-Rings

A variation of the standard O-ring, Quad-Rings have an X-shaped cross section suitable for sealing a range

of static and dynamic applications. This provides higher sealing efficiency and lower friction than conventional O-Rings.

Recommended for low speed reciprocating or oscillatory motion if O-Rings twist.

Provides lower friction than O-Rings and Square Rings.

Quad Ring/X-Rings are interchangeable with O-Ring sizes and glands design.

Available in the same size standards and custom sizes as O-Rings.

Readily available in USA AS568 standard sized NBR Buna-N and FKM.

Not recommended for pressures >500 psi.

Quad Ring/X-Rings may not be available in all compounds.

Custom size Quad Ring/X-Rings can require a tooling cost in some compounds.

FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) has excellent resistance to high temperatures, ozone, oxygen, mineral oil,

synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuels, aromatics and many organic solvents and chemicals making it a good choice for an o-ring material.

Low temperature resistance is normally not favorable and for static applications is limited to approximately -15 °F (-26 °C).

Under dynamic conditions, the lowest service temperature is between 5 °F and 0 °F (-15 °C and -18 °C).Gas permeability is very low and similar

to that of butyl rubber. Special fluorocarbon compounds exhibit an improved resistance to acids, fuels, water and steam.

A: Plastic bag for inner packing .carton box for outer packing also be packed according to customer's requirements.

Q: 8 What's the payment term?
A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, Paypal is also accepted.
