The H-type fully automated layer cage system is configurable in 3 to 12 tiers, making it suitable for modern farming operations. For material, we use Al-Zn-Mg alloy plate, Al-Zn alloy wire; Unused PP material is employed in key components like egg belt, manure belt.
Farmrob's patented precision feeding system features a simple structure, ensures uniform feed distribution, and offers user-friendly operation, effectively solving the industry-wide challenge of inconsistent feeding. Its integrated patented feed leveler further enhances distribution uniformity. Combined with the use of the residue collector, it saves labor and avoids the waste of feed. The collector is designed to automatically return residual feed from both ends of the trough.
Double water lines and double nipples to ensure sufficient drinking water. Laying hens have constant access to water through Farmrob's patented nipple drinkers, which help minimize water waste and prevent clogging. An integrated dosing pump ensures accurate proportional injection and uniform dilution of supplements.
A well-managed housing environment is critical for safeguarding poultry health, minimizing disease incidence, and enhancing both production performance and economic returns. The integrated ventilation and cooling system is designed to achieve exceptional uniformity in temperature, airflow, and fresh air distribution, maintaining a front-to-rear temperature differential of no more than 2°C within the poultry house.
The control cabinet delivers multiple protective functions, like lightning and phase sequence protection, while enabling centralized operation of fans, trolleys, manure belts, conveyors, and more. Designed for reliability, it supports both automatic and manual control modes, allowing staff to implement precise management and respond promptly to emergencies. Each unit is assembled and tested in our dedicated electrical control workshop, ensuring strict quality standards and delivering stable, long-term performance.
