Manure Removal System

Roller Assembly: The front section utilizes nylon spiral rollers, which function to keep the  belt on track and clean off accumulated waste. The rear rollers on the back manure removal unit are high-friction, injection-molded tire rubber driving wheels, designed to eliminate stress on and protect the manure cleaning belt.

 Bracket & Side Plates: Constructed from anti-corrosion Al-Zn-Mg alloy, these components feature a smooth surface to prevent belt scratching. Their curved design prevents manure spillage and mitigates belt misalignment.

Scraper Mechanism: A multi-tier integrated control system is incorporated for the manure scraper, ensuring highly effective and automated cleaning operation.

Conveyor Belt: The system includes a durable 7mm thick manure belt supported by a rust-proof and deformation-resistant alloy frame, engineered for the effective transport of manure to collection trucks or processing facilities.
