1.The manure removal system with belt from Farmrob effectively reduces ammonia emissions in poultry houses, not only contributing to a healthier indoor climate and improved bird welfare but also ensuring reliable and time-saving operation.The system is built for reliable, time-saving operation and features components designed for a longer service life, ensuring smooth performance with reduced maintenance.

2.The nesting box is equipped with soft plastic cushion to protect the skin of layers and ensure the eggs roll smoothly onto the collection belt with less cracks and breakage. Curtains provides a secluded environment for more comfortable egg-laying. The automatic nesting closure setting, powered by one or two motors (depending on coop length and total flock weight), is designed to prevent hens from  hatching or roosting in the nests overnight.

3.To support the birds' natural behaviors and welfare, our design provides ample space with sufficient perches and activity platforms. The platforms are made of smooth, burr-free Al-Zn alloy to protect the birds’ skin and feathers. All welded seams are also smooth. The perches encourage vital vertical movement and provide comfortable resting areas.
