and maintain. Our equipment is highly corrosion-resistant, effectively withstanding rust

in salty and humid environments.

Features  

1.The middle supports are made of Mg-Al-Zn alloy, and the head and tail frames are

hot-dip galvanized.0.95-0.98mm thickness Mg-Al-Zn alloy feed troughs with patented 

devices such as residue collection device and feed leveler to distribute feed evenly and

avoid feed wastage.

2.The driven plastic nylon spiral roller prevents manure accumulation, ensuring smooth

running of the manure belt. Burr-free Al-Zn-Mg alloy brackets can withstand heavy

manure loads without deformation and not scratch the manure belt. The bracket

ensures belt on track and prevents manure falling onto the cage net. One manure belt

is equipped with four scrapers that ensure complete manure removal, preventing

chickens from pecking at waste and getting sick.

3.Stable and low-failure egg lift with defective egg filter ensures keep clean eggs. High-

friction PP egg belt with low extension rate has long lifespan.Central Egg Collection

system can be chosen. All eggs will be delivered to outside of poultry house. This can

save labor cost and reduce the contact of workers with birds.
