Features: 

Cage mesh: Cage mesh is made of high-quality Q235 Al-Zn alloy (10%

aluminum), delivering superior corrosion resistance. It is burr-free, elastic, and

helps reduce egg breakage rates. The appropriately sized grid design prevents

chickens from getting stuck, escaping, or falling out. Maintain the normal

activities of the chickens.

Filling device: The auger filling process is two-stage. The slant and transverse filling

are respectively controlled by one motor to avoid the breakage of the auger and the

pipe at the intersection, greatly reducing the failure rate. After the feeder moves away,

the discharging ports will automatically close to prevent feed dropping. 

Water line terminator: The water line terminator enables easy water level adjustment

and is connected to the end drainage, preventing water spillage. It is equipped with a

water level sensor for convenient monitoring of water pressure and to determine

whether the pipeline has sufficient water supply.

Manure conveyor: Back manure conveyor: Features a 7mm thick manure belt and an

alloy frame that is rust-proof and deformation-resistant. Effectively transports manure to

collection trucks or processing facilities.

Egg Belt: Width = 100mm. Made of unused high-quality polypropylene (PP), the

weaving on the egg belt is of great quality. It offers high tensile strength and resistance,

preventing egg displacement and effectively reducing egg collision to improve overall

egg quality.

Air deflector: The air deflector is constructed with a 50mm insulated panel and an

aluminum alloy frame. It is controlled by Munters AC2000. The matching side curtains is

for effective management of airflow direction and avoid making the chickens ill.
