Features

Cage door: This sliding door design allows for easy bird movement, is simple to operate, and

prevents escapes.

Bottom wire mesh: The bottom mesh is constructed from high-strength, elastic Q235 Al-Zn alloy

wire. It features a 7.5-degree gentle slope (1800*650*600 mm), which effectively cushions the eggs’

roll, guiding them gently to the collection area to prevent breakage.

Manure removal roller: Front nylon spiral rollers keep the manure belt from deviating and clean

accumulated manure. Both the large and small rollers at the back manure bracket are made of

injection-molded tire rubber driving wheels, which have good plasticity, increase friction, eliminate

stress and protect the manure cleaning belt.

Top mesh: It prevents chickens from pecking at the manure belt. The cage features a 700mm story

height for optimal ventilation and fresh air. You can choose top meshes with denser grids.

Egg protective board: It prevents egg pecking and protects the bottom-layer feed trough from

contamination by manure.

Gears & axles: Machined parts; Farmrob has its own machining workshop. The relevant accessories

are made of 45 steel. After fine processing such as lathe process, milling, and then hardening and

tempering, electroplating, they have good anti-corrosion performance and high wear resistance.
