Cage System

(1) Layer cage meshes are made of Q235 steel Al-Mg-Zn alloy. This combination provides optimal 

elasticity, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the birds, which promotes higher laying rates.

Feed troughs: made of Al-Mg-Zn alloy (Zn 275g/m², Al l0%, Mg 3%) with 0.95-0.98mm thickness with

round edge for convenient cleaning , solid and durable design.

(2) Cage nail: Stainless steel. It is a good way to fix the metal mesh quickly and firmly, suitable for 

occasions with high requirements for rust prevention and durability. 

(3) Pedestrian net: For 6-12 tiers, it is necessary to construct to provide safe access for operation

and inspection. Hot-dip galvanized pedestrian safety net fabricated from 3mm thick flat steel and φ6

mm twisted steel wire with a 37mm x 100mm mesh grid. 

Automatic Feeding System

Both of the traveling hopper(feeding carts) type and chain feeding type are available.

The feeding cart connected with the silo by the auger filling device is for 3-6 tiers. For 8-12 tiers, 

feeding cart connected with the silo by the disc chain filling device. In this system, even feed is

distributed automatically to the troughs from the feed hoppers. Feeding outlet will automatically close

after the feeders move away to avoid feed dropping.
