Automatic pullet cages information

1.   Cage size: 1.8m*0.6m*0.45 (length*width*height) Raise chicks from 0-105 days.

2.   Spring door: Be operated with one hand. Convenient for vaccinations and transferring chickens

in and out.

3.   Uniform ventilation and illumination: Story height is 700mm, and the distance between the top

mesh and the manure belt is 13-15cm. Improve ventilation  effect for the birds.

4.   Wire mesh is Al-Zn alloy without burrs. Equipped with plastic cushion for comfortable living

condition. Ensure the best anti-rust performance and no hurt to chicks.

5.    Frames are made of Al-Zn-Mg alloy with high strength and corrosion resistance. Connectors

like trough hook, partition bucket and so on are for equal force. 

Adjustable feeding system

Trough: The bottom width of the trough is 45mm. Baby chick in 0 days old can forage. No waste.

No manual movement of feed.

Feeding plate adjusting device: Each layer can be automatically adjusted on each side. Suitable

for different ages. Patent structure: consistent front and rear adjustment, minimal error.

Feeder-cart: Low failure rate. Simple structure, uniform feeding, easy operation. Patents: Chicken

driver, residue collector.

Filling devices: The filling process is two-stage. The slant and transverse filling are respectively

controlled by one motor to avoid the breakage of the spiral and the pipe at the intersection.

Adjustable drinking system

Two water lines and double nipples: Square pipe, size: 22x22mm. PVC. Sufficient drinking water

intake.

Water line regulating linkage: Meet the needs of different ages. Installed on each tier. Each water

line with 1-3 soft connections to effectively prevent deformation of pipes. Alloy pull parts for the

consistent waterline height.

Front back flush device: Each water line is equipped with a backwashing device to facilitate regular

flushing of the pipe and nipple drinkers. Chickens can use clean water.

Water line terminator: Easy adjustment of water supply, connected with the drain pipe, no water

leakage.
