Realize fine management

Feeding system-feeding cart: Regularly and quantitative feeding. Filling and feeding devices, 

in combination with patented devices such as feed distributor, residue collector, anti-spill device,

reduce feed waste and ensure uniform feeding.

Drinking water system: Double water lines and double nipples to ensure sufficient drinking 

water. Laying hens can drink water at any time by using Farmrob’s patented nipple drinkers,

which can reduce the waste of water and avoid clogging.

Automatic egg collection system: The conveyor belt with large friction automatically transmits 

the eggs to avoid collision of the eggs. Eggs are collected through the egg collection lift with 

stable operation and failure rate.

Automatic manure cleaning system: The manure belts are not off tracking and have high

friction, which ensures that manure can be transported out of the coop smoothly. Reduce ammonia

concentration and keep air fresh.

Optimize Laying Hens’ Health and Laying Rate

Scientific cage design: Each chicken has enough space, reducing stressful behaviors such as

feather pecking and fighting. Reasonable mesh size,  chickens will not escape and be stuck. The

bottom mesh is elastic and burr-free, no harm to the chickens’ skin.

Uniform ventilation and lighting: 700mm cage story height, in combination with modern 

environmental control system including fan and cooling pad, non-flashing LED with dimmer,

ensure that every layer of chickens can get fresh air, suitable temperature, humidity and sufficient

lighting. Reduce the negative pressure to make the chicken breathe smoothly.

Convenient for disease prevention and control: Matched vaccine trolley. The chickens are 

isolated in tiers to reduce the risk of cross-infection, and at the same time, it is convenient for

vaccination and health monitoring.

Improve egg quality and collection efficiency

Reduction of egg breakage: The elastic sloping bottom net guarantees a soft landing of the 

eggs with a breakage rate of less than 0.2%. Egg collection belt and egg collection run smoothly 

with even speed and stable performance to reduce the breakage rate and improve the efficiency.

Hygienic environment: Manures are not left on the wire mesh. So eggs do not come into contact

with manures, reducing the risk of salmonella and other contamination; egg leakage device sifts

out broken or soft-shell eggs, reducing cross contamination. Improve food safety.
