Cage Frame System

The bracket and feed troughs are made of zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy materials (zinc 275g/m² , aluminum 11%

, magnesium 3% ), with strong anti-corrosion performance and long service life.The vertical beam of the bracket is a

high-strength plates 40mm*30mm.The thickness of the feed trough is 1.0mm ± 0.05mm.The mesh is made of

aluminum-zinc alloy wires (aluminum 10% , zinc 275g/m² ), with excellent anti-corrosion performance, no burrs,

good elasticity, and reduces broken eggs.

Trolley Feeding System

The patented designed trolley feeding machine has a simple structure, uniform feeding and easy operation; each

hopper is equipped with a transparent observation port, and the hopper is large to meet the requirements of back

and forth feeding. Each hopper is equipped with a dust-proof cover to reduce dust.

Drinking System

Double water lines,each cage is equipped with a water line. It is convenient to check the water pipe and nipples.

Manure Cleaning System

The head frame device for manure cleaning adopts a plastic nylon spiral driven wheel at the front end to prevent

the manure cleaning belt from wandering and effectively remove accumulated manure. The support of driven

device in the middle of manure cleaning device is made of zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy material , which has

good strength, high anti-corrosion performance, and no burrs on the surface, eliminating the scratch of the manure

support frame on the manure cleaning belt.

Egg Collection System

The egg collection machine adopts high-strength chain transmission, which runs more smoothly, has an extremely

low maintenance rate, and has a quite stable performance; The egg belt is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP)

material, with strong tension and resistance, to prevent egg displacement and effectively reduce cracked eggs; The

egg leakage device screens out broken and soft eggs to reduce cross-contamination of dirty eggs.

Ventilation And Cooling System

The Munter AC2000 controller has stable performance and precise control. The cabinet-type electrical control

cabinet is beautiful, stable, and intensively controlled, and is both equipped with automatic and manual control.

The wind deflector adopts 30/50mm insulation board with aluminum alloy frame. AC2000 automatic control,

with wind curtains on the side, effectively controls the inlet wind direction. The anti-pulling device of the guide

plate and side air window prevents the motor from excessively pulling the wire rope due to workers' misoperation

or power failure, causing the wire rope break.

Lighting System

Adopting ShengXing Technology’s LED red light bulbs special for animal husbandry , along with a dimming system
