Mica Spare Part For EV Battery Thermal Insulation is composed of 2D mica plate and completely back-glued tape.

  Mica insulation material is used for insulation between battery cells. It can separate the battery cells from the assembly according to the multi-dimensional design of the battery module structure, and has the advantages of tight fitting, simple & easy for assembly.

  Mica products are mainly used as thermal control and battery protection materials for power batteries in the EV industry. Mica are important protection materials for thermal control of power batteries in new EV. Mica insulation materials are the last line of defense against thermal runaway of batteries, ensuring that people in the vehicle have enough safety escape time.
