Product Overview XHZG series DC high voltage generator is professionally developed
and manufactured for power industry. It is used to conduct DC
withstand voltage test and DC leakage current test on various
high-voltage electrical equipment including zinc oxide surge
arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers and
generators. It serves as core special equipment for insulation
detection and preventive tests of high-voltage power facilities. Performance Features - Adopts intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, combined
with PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT
components, ensuring high efficiency and strong performance.
- Built-in wide-range voltage feedback control system delivers
excellent output voltage stability with ripple factor ≤1%.
- Supports full-range smooth voltage regulation. Measuring accuracy
≤0.5% and voltage stability ≤1% guarantee accurate and reliable
test data.
- Equipped with dedicated voltage rising potentiometer for zero-start
smooth boosting. The exclusive 0.75UDC1mA test button enables easy
operation with control accuracy ≤1%.
- DIP switch setting for overvoltage protection features intuitive
parameter configuration and precise protection response. The
setting error is only ±1%, greatly ensuring equipment operation
safety.
