Imported films are utilized in pulse energy storage capacitors,
which are constructed with a non-inductive winding design. These
capacitors exhibit superior self-healing capability and
explosion-proof property, along with characteristics including
stable structure, zero leakage, no contamination,
moistureproofness, fireproofness, extended lifespan, compact size,
and lightweight design.
Applications
By accumulating the energy charged by low-power sources into the
capacitor over specific time periods, pulse energy storage
capacitors can instantaneously discharge the stored energy in a
fraction of a second, creating intense impulse current and high
impulse power. Their primary applications include high-voltage
impulse discharge testing, high-energy physics research,
oscillation loop systems, and geological exploration. Precautions and Common Faults
1. Avoid impacting or bumping the pulse energy storage
capacitor, as this may easily damage the internal film.
2. When using the pulse energy storage capacitor, please read
the instruction manual and the capacitor label to prevent
overvoltage use.
3. During use, pay attention to the voltage rating of the
connecting wires and the safety distance.
4. After the test is completed, the high-voltage terminal
must be fully discharged.
5. If there is an abnormal sound inside the capacitor during
use, it is recommended to stop using it, as there is a risk of
internal insulation damage.
6. If the capacitor casing bulges or protrudes, it is
recommended to stop using it, as there is a risk of internal
material deterioration and reduced insulation.
