This XHZ1340A transformer DC resistance tester is a new generation of rapid
tester that integrates the magnetic test, three-phase test and
degaussing functions. It is an ideal device for measuring the DC
resistance of large power transformers.
Function
Connect the high and low voltage current potential test wires to
the transformer at one time, and there is no need to reverse the
test wires during the test; For the winding test of star
connection, the instrument can test the resistance of A0, B0, C0
phases by three simultaneous tests, saving test time; In the
low-voltage test of the three-phase five-column low-voltage
internal corner-connected transformer, the automatic magnetic
assist method is adopted inside the instrument, which is faster
than the direct high-current test; Display and print all the test
data of the transformer's high, medium and low voltage windings,
and automatically calculate the three-phase unbalance degree, and
can also print the resistance value converted to the rated
temperature; In the three-phase test, test the data of A0 first,
and then test at the same time, which solves the problem that the
resistance of the neutral point lead wire cannot be tested during
the three-phase test, and the test data is closer to the
single-phase test value; It has a perfect back-EMF protection
function; The instrument can store 200 pieces of test data
permanently (expandable), and it can also use the USB flash drive
to store the data to facilitate the user to import it into the
computer for processing; The instrument has the characteristics of
wide applicable temperature, high accuracy, shockproof,
anti-interference, and easy to carry.
