Description

This series of multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers adopts a four-in-one technical architecture of mechanical-hydraulic-electrical control-intelligent control, integrating the modular design concept of the German Industry 4.0 standard. 

In terms of adaptability to working conditions, the equipment uses a combination of a curved crushing wall made of Swedish SSAB wear-resistant steel and a manganese steel liner, combined with a fully enclosed dustproof structure, to effectively cope with the high abrasive conditions in the crushing process of river pebbles. Actual production data shows that when processing granite with a Mohs hardness of 7.2, the processing capacity of a single machine can reach 800t/h, which reduces energy consumption by 23% compared to traditional equipment and extends the service life of the liner by 40%.

1. Fixed-axis heavy-duty structure design (VS peer cantilever spindle structure)
Adopting a fully constrained fixed-axis topology architecture, the spindle and the frame form a statically determinate support system. Compared with the traditional cantilever spindle structure, the axial stiffness is increased by 45%, and the dynamic load bearing capacity reaches 3200kN/m² (the industry average is 2400kN/m²). Combined with the high-strength alloy steel casting matrix optimized by finite element topology, the volume is reduced by 18%, and the fatigue life of the whole machine exceeds 30,000 hours (benchmarked against 28,000 hours for international brands). 

2. Laminated crushing dynamics optimization (VS single particle crushing mode)
The four-dimensional crushing cavity is constructed based on EDEM discrete element simulation, and the directional energy transfer is achieved through particle flow field reorganization technology. Actual working data show that the proportion of 3-25mm intermediate particles in the finished granite crushing products is 78% (the industry average is 65%), and the needle-like rate is stable below 6.8% (the industry standard is ≤15%). With the multi-objective optimization algorithm, the unit steel consumption of the liner is reduced to 0.18kg/t (0.25-0.35kg/t for similar equipment), which is particularly suitable for the aggregate grading control scenario of commercial concrete stations.

3. Intelligent temperature control lubrication system (VS traditional water cooling system)
Integrated three-stage filtration precision oil circuit (β≥200), using aviation-grade titanium alloy plate air cooler (heat exchange efficiency ≥92%), completely eliminate the common oil-water emulsification problem of water cooling system. 

4. Filler-free quick-change liner system (VS epoxy resin filled type)
The cone self-locking device is developed based on the DIN 7182 standard, and the bowl-shaped bearing mounting surface is precisely ground by a five-axis linkage machining center (flatness ≤ 0.02mm). The liner replacement operation time is shortened to 35 minutes (the traditional process takes 2-3 hours), and there is no need for a curing waiting period. The patented wedge preload structure increases the uniformity of contact stress distribution by 60%, and is successfully applied to the continuous crushing system of the Baihetan Hydropower Station (the daily replacement frequency is reduced by 83%).
