Description:
Water wall panels are used in Waste Heat recovery boilers. We manufacture Water wall panels. These are fabricated out of carbon steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning at the bent portion, during fabrication.
We are manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of Waterwall Panels. The tubes offered by us are known to withstand a great internal pressure as a continual strip of fin material is wound spirally on the tube. These tubes are known to provide heat uniformly that result in an increased heat output.
The main function of water wall panels in boiler is to absorb the heat generated by high temperature flame or flue and to generate steam or hot water in tubes, hence to reduce the temperature in the chamber.
Product Introduction Water wall panels with pins are usually installed vertically on the
furnace’s inner wall. Their primary task? Absorbing the radiant
heat from the flames and hot flue gas inside. They’re the primary
evaporative heating surface in modern boilers and a crucial part of
the water circulation system. The name “water wall” comes from
their job of both cooling and protecting the furnace wall. At first, water walls were designed just to stop the furnace from
overheating, not for heating. But once people saw how well they
transferred heat, they started using them as the boiler’s main
heating part, replacing steam drums. Think of the water wall as an evaporative heating surface made of
parallel pipes lining the boiler chamber’s inner wall. It soaks up
heat from high - temp flames and flue gas, turning water into steam
or hot water inside the pipes. This also cools the furnace wall,
keeping it safe. In large boilers, where flames burn extremely hot
and heat radiation is intense, water walls absorb 40 - 50% or even
more of the boiler’s heat. Today, almost all modern water tube
boilers—except small ones—use water walls as their main evaporation
heating surface.
