Structure of Air Spring

The air springs used in automobiles can be roughly classified into free membrane type, hybrid type, sleeve type and bladder type air springs. Their rubber bladder structure is similar to that of tubeless tires, consisting of an inner rubber layer (air-tight layer), an outer rubber layer, a fabric reinforcing layer and a steel wire ring. The material of the cord is a key factor in determining the pressure resistance and durability of the air spring. Generally, high-strength polyester cords or nylon cords are used, and the number of cord layers is usually 2 or 4, which are arranged in a crisscross pattern at a certain angle to the longitudinal direction of the bladder.
