The Automatic Soldering Machine Ensure The Uniformity Of The Weld Quality

Improving production efficiency: The dual-head design enables the machine to perform welding for two solder joints simultaneously, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency.
When the soldering machine is in operation, the molten solder (tin wire) will flow along the minute undulations and crystalline gaps on the surface of the base metal by means of capillary force, forming an adhering layer. This enables the atoms of the solder and the base metal to approach each other and reach the distance where atomic attraction can take effect, thus achieving the purpose of welding.
The double-sided automatic spot welding machine uses electrode clamps to hold two metal parts to be welded. Through current heating, they are instantly melted to form a weld seam. This welding method is faster and more efficient than the single-sided electric welding machine, and it can ensure the uniformity of weld seam quality.
