 How it works

  The automatic soldering machine mainly controls the movement of the manipulator through the program, so that it can solder according to the preset trajectory and parameters. At the same time, the automatic tin feeding mechanism in the solder system will accurately transport the solder wire to the welding position according to the set parameters, and the temperature control system ensures that the soldering iron head is maintained at the appropriate temperature to ensure the quality and effect of the solder.

1,  The selection of appropriate solder, should be selected for welding electronic components with low melting point solder wire.

2,  Flux, with 25% rosin dissolved in 75% alcohol (weight ratio) as flux.

3,  The automatic soldering machine before the use of tin, the specific method is: the electric soldering iron is hot, to just be able to melt the solder, coated with flux, and then evenly coated with solder on the soldering iron head, so that the soldering iron head evenly eat a layer of tin.

4,  Automatic soldering machine welding method, the pad and components of the pin with fine sandpaper sanded clean, coated with flux. Use the soldering iron tip to dip an appropriate amount of solder, contact the solder spot, and when the solder on the solder spot is melted and immersed in the lead of the component, the electric iron tip is gently lifted away from the solder spot along the pin of the component.

5, The soldering machine welding time should not be too long, otherwise it is easy to burn the components, if necessary, the tweezers can be used to clamp the pin to help heat dissipation.

6,  Solder joints should be sine wave peak shape, the surface should be bright and smooth, Wuxi thorn, moderate tin amount.

7.  After the automatic soldering machine is welded, the residual flux on the circuit board should be cleaned with alcohol to prevent the flux after carbonization from affecting the normal operation of the circuit. 8, the integrated circuit should be finally welded, the soldering iron should be reliably grounded, or the use of waste heat welding after power failure. Or use a special integrated circuit socket, solder the socket and plug the integrated circuit into it.
