The aperture size of the rotary airlock valve in the photo is 8 inches, and the rotor volume is 10L. For the material contact area, we have polished it, and for the rotor, we have used a curved bottom rotor to increase the fluidity of the customer's material. The customer is a Russian food factory used for transporting powdered sugar. The customer had previously used rotary valves from other Chinese companies, and encountered situations where the sugar powder crust and the valve got stuck during transportation. The customer tried out one of our cleaning rotary valves and found it to be good, so they purchased two more.

The valve is equipped with an air sealing system and external bearings, which can effectively protect the seal when conveying powdered materials such as sugar powder, greatly extending the service life of the sealing components of the rotary airlock valve.
