DISP 3806 is a phthalocyanine blue pigment derivative with functional groups on it’s surface. It could greatly enhance the adsorption ability of hyperdispersants, increase the dispersing efficiency and decrease the grinding viscosity. It could provide obvious results in cooperation with hyperdispersants for dispersing of phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green and carbon black pigments.

• DISP 3806 is suitable for the production of pigment pastes based on blue, green, black and so on pigments. It could significantly decrease the viscosity in cooperation with hyperdispersants.
• DISP 3806 has excellent wetting and dispersing ability of phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green and carbon black pigments.

DISP 3806 is recommended for solvent-borne systems and radiation curable systems as a cooperative dispersant in grinding pigment pastes. Usually, it is recommended to combine the additive with the hyperdispersant with 25% dosage upon hyperdyspersant amount. Or, the dosage can be calculated according to following recommendations - 3-8% upon phthalocyanine blue or phthalocyanine green pigments and 5-20% upon carbon black pigment.
