needs.
Main structures and components:
1. Gantry frame
Drive mode: frequency conversion motor or brake reduction motor is used, which supports multi-level speed adjustment, low operating noise and high wear resistance. Positioning technology: ±1mm positioning accuracy is achieved through magnetic induction switch, photoelectric switch or infrared remote control to ensure the stability of lifting.
The core adopts PLC programmable controller (such as Mitsubishi and
Omron brands), which supports full-automatic/semi-automatic/manual
mode switching, and multiple operating programs can be set through
the touch screen.
Filter system: High-precision filter maintains the cleanliness of the plating solution and reduces the impact of impurities on the plating layer. Rectifier power supply: dual pulse power supply or DC power supply to ensure stable current output, suitable for different plating types such as zinc plating and nickel plating. Environmental protection device: Some models are equipped with
exhaust gas treatment system or closed tank design to reduce VOC
emissions.
