Universal Automatic Laser Welding Machine is a laser welding
machine developed by introducing German welding machine technology.
It has high welding efficiency, good welding effects, and simple
and convenient operation. It mainly uses computer programming to
complete automatic or semi-automatic spot welding, butt welding,
stack welding, and sealing welding, and can complete complex plane
straight lines, circular arcs, and arbitrary trajectory welding.
The laser welding machine can use a welding frequency of 50-100 Hz,
with a line speed of up to 18 mm/s, greatly improving welding
efficiency and weld quality. It can be equipped with a four-axis
ball screw worktable and an imported servo control system, which
includes a rotating worktable, allowing it to weld cylindrical
objects and other variously shaped objects. Its application range
is wide, precision is high, and speed is fast. The current waveform
can be adjusted arbitrarily.

Application field
It is mainly used for laser welding of carbon steel, common alloy
steel, stainless steel, welding of different steels, such as
welding of stainless steel to low-carbon steel, welding of 416
stainless steel to 310 stainless steel, welding of 347 stainless
steel to HASTALLY nickel alloy, welding of nickel electrode to cold
forged steel, welding of different nickel content double metal
strips, welding of titanium, nickel, tin, copper, aluminum,
chromium, niobium, gold, and silver and other metals and their
alloys, as well as welding of the same material of steel and Kovar
alloy.
