A: We will sign a confidentiality agreement with you,confidential information related to custom projects will not be disclosed Q: How many kinds products can you make? Only make the mold? A: We can make different kinds of mold, such as plastic injection mold, die casting mold,blowing mold, stamping mold,and silicone rubber mold. Besides, we also can produce the final parts for you.(For example:plastic injection parts,aluminium die-casting parts,rubber parts,silicone parts,stamping parts) Q: What’s the software you will use to check the drawing? And what’s format of drawing you can check? A: Our designers and engineers all use Auto CAD,Soliworks, UG, Pro/E or CAM to check 2D or 3D drawings.We can check the drawings with PDF/ DWG/ STP /STEP/ X-T / IGS / STL / DXF / DXW .etc formats. STP /STEP is best format Q: How do you ensure mold or product quality? A: We will control quality according to ISO9001 quality system standards and send you videos of mold trial and samples . If necessary, we will provide steel quality specifications;As products,even though we will inspect each product, we will still provide a certain quantity of spare parts based on the order quantity. Q: How to pack the mold and products? A: For molds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first,and then also will be covered thin films on the mold, finally pack into non-fumigation wooden box. And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s request to pack. Q:Can you design product for me if I only have a rough concept ? A:Yes!
